35 Years of Chef Craft, Southern Heritage

35 Years of Chef Craft, Southern Heritage

Hatfield's Goode Grub began as, and continues to be, a food truck and catering business. After one season, the growing demand led the business to outgrow its small kitchen, making expansion the next step. Chef Ken Hatfield brings 35 years of culinary experience and a family connection to the legendary Hatfield and McCoy feud. His global journey aboard a hospital ship and experience at the House of Blues in Chicago inspire his unique blend of Southern comfort fusion cuisine.
